Shipping Cost:

Shipping:
Orders are shipped Monday - Thursday
Same Day Shipping (on most in stock items placed before 2pm EST)
Sometimes we can not ship this quickly. We will inform you of an expected
shipping date. Please contact us to insure same day shipping on any
over night or express item.
Spacial order or made to order, items have shipping time in the listing. Restock fee of 25% will be charged on any special order that is cancled pryor to shipping. Made to order items can not be cancled.
We ship orders via UPS, Fedex and USPS. Items are shipped or UPS are FULLY INSURED, USPS may not be insured unless specified. Shipping rates are generated using the current UPS, USPS shipping rate
schedule.
In certain cases, Blue Star Antennas Ltd Co. reserves the right to substitute with USPS Priority or Express Mail. International Orders are normally shipped USPS
Global Priority or Global Express.

We will ONLY ship to an address listed with your credit card company.
Returns:
You may return non-defective items within 7 days of purchase. (less shipping charges and 10% restocking fee)
If you received free shipping, a $10.00 minimum or actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your
refund.
All non-defective returns and cancellations are subject to a 5% fee to cover the cost of credit card merchant fees. Mail in orders paid by check or
money order are not subject to the 5% fee if returned within 7 days.
There will be no refunds after 30 days. There will be no Non-defective returns after 7
days.
To receive any refund , all exchanged or returned merchandise must be in 100% original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and
manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories including software and original wire ties and plastic bags.
Merchandise must be in its original box with no writing on the box or paper work included with the item.
Merchandise must be shipped in a shipping box. you are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us.
Merchandise that is returned with missing or damaged items will be returned to the customer.
To expedite your return, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us by using our RMA Return System before returning your
item. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. Items returned without an RMA will be subject to a 15% restocking fee regardless of the
circumstances. RMAS must be clearly marked on the shipping box. We are not responsible for any returns lost by the shipping company, it is your
responsibility to insure and track the package.
Exchanges for equal or greater value items are subject to the discretion of Blue Star Antennas Ltd. Co. |
