Received antenna in good shape...put it together in a little under and hour, and had it up at 25' for about 2 months. So far, almost 100 grid squares, great reports locally, no detuning when wet. Great antenna!!! Had my doubts at first, but from FM16 along east coast, working EU is not very easy...along with West Coast of USA...so far, with 100W, been able to work 6's, 7's, and two French stations...and mostly running 45W unless the 100 was needed. Not directional at all, made some non-technical trials...consisted of going outside and turning antenna roughly 90 degrees at a time...no difference to stations located about 40 miles away. I'm very happy with the squalo so far, and thinking of stacking another with this one! Thanks Blue Star for a good value product!
